OblivionThe day was calm. The air was still. There was no sound. I sat there, staring into the valley before me. I sat there, deep in thought, delving into the journey that had brought me there. I thought back to when I had left home that day many years ago. Remembered the tears that had streamed down my face. I felt the passion form that long ago day well up inside me once again. Yet it was quickly replaced by with something else. It was there and had been for a long time. That feeling was one that I have been accustomed to living with. That feeling was one of emptiness. BlackIn the darkness we are scared. Our imaginations run wild,Black
We hear movements We feel the air.
Yet when we embrace this darkness we sense what wasnt there before. We become one with the elements, both living and non. We find peace with what is and what may be. We know this peace and yearn for it.

We pay tribute to those who are fighting today, in nations across the globe. On this day each year we wear little red flowers, to show that we remember, thatWe Remember

Thousands of years of history passed in front of my eyes. Scenes of joy, of great journeys, scenes of peace and war. The sickly sweet smell of blood intermingling with the harsh clash of steel. A hint of the fresh air after a rain, cleansed of the dust from days gone by. The essence of life. The wind contaThe Wind
